Steve Creamer, PE, ENV SP is a Senior Vice President and Regional Leader for Infrastructure at RS&H, where he provides executive oversight for complex aviation and infrastructure programs across the Central and West Regions. With more than 30 years of civil engineering experience—over 25 focused on aviation—Steve brings deep expertise in airport planning, airfield and pavement design, program delivery, and long-term capital development. In his leadership role, Steve is responsible for strategic direction, client stewardship, and organizational performance, with an emphasis on accountability, risk management, and sustainable infrastructure solutions. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and an Envision Sustainability Professional, and he actively supports industry organizations dedicated to advancing safe, resilient, and well governed aviation infrastructure.
